Yes, thats right.
Giving blood is that easy. You walk in, give ‘em your details and lie back and think of England (does David Beckham still play for them 
)
So, if you have nothing on tomorrow get yourself down to Stanford Le Hope Methodist Church Hall, High Street, Stanford Le Hope SS17 0EY.
The sessions available for Friday 29 Aug 2008 are 14:00 to 16:00 and 17:00 to 19:30
Other places in South Essex you can go to – the walk in centre Brentwood to give blood.
Do they still give you a cuppa and a biscuit afterwoods?
