Essex Farmer’s markets

Farmers markets are becoming more and more popular with shoppers theses days and people who like to save money, and buy local food. I have been encouraging local food shopping for ages – it’s brilliant for the local economy So I thought I would see what’s about in Essex and what is near to me.

Venue and Locations of the Essex Farmer’s Markets.

Romford Market Square – 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month – 10am till 3pm

Southend High Street – 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month – 9am till 4pm

Upminster Station Road – 1st Thursday of the month – 9am till 2pm

Brentwood, Outside The Bay Tree Centre. 1st Saturday of the month 9am till 3pm.

Epping Town Centre 1st Friday of the month. 9am till 2pm.

Anyone else use their local markets? Can you recommend anywhere for a bargain?
